International Women’s Day will WOW Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton’s women will ‘wow’ the city’s art gallery this spring as part of International Women’s Day.

Women of Wolverhampton (WOW) is offering local ladies the chance to sample a range of relaxing and inspiring activities at Wolverhampton Art Gallery on Thursday 8 March.

Health checks, yoga, creative writing, money advice and the art gallery exhibitions will all be available to visitors, who can focus on their health, wealth and well-being.

WOW is offering the celebration day in partnership with A2B, Platform 51, The Haven, Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Health Trainers and Wolverhampton Healthy Lifestyles Team.

The initiative is being supported by The Big Lottery through the Awards for All programme, as part of a wider project, "Health, Wealth and Well-Being”.
